This role is pivotal in supporting a critical software development project focused on implementing the new CASE System. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing the data architecture for MS Dynamics, including creating relational databases, entity relationship diagrams, and data flow diagrams that facilitate seamless interaction across multiple divisions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex data modeling tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the successful deployment of innovative enterprise solutions.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in analyzing, planning, and defining MS Dynamics 365 data architecture, with extensive knowledge of security, reference data, metadata, and master data management. A strong background in creating data models, relational databases, and data flow diagrams is essential. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience working with internal project teams and third-party vendors to develop data strategies, assess stakeholder needs, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals. Proficiency in SQL, Oracle databases, and Azure DevOps is highly desired. The ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams, provide valuable input during architecture design sessions, and ensure data privacy compliance are critical qualifications for this role.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop relational databases to support the new CASE System, ensuring data integrity and scalability.Create comprehensive entity relationship diagrams to visualize data structures and relationships.Develop data flow diagrams to illustrate division interactions and data movement across systems.Analyze existing data architectures and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and security.Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to devise and implement effective data strategies.Assess stakeholder needs and translate them into technical data models and solutions.Ensure all data solutions comply with security standards and data privacy regulations.Contribute to the development of data mapping strategies, including migration plans to cloud-based solutions.Participate in architecture design sessions, provide feedback on mockups and wireframes, and support system design efforts.Identify key data sources, establish data integration approaches, and support data migration activities.Provide technical guidance and insights to project leads and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.BenefitsSerigor offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional development of its employees.
