This role is responsible for pulling and manipulating data in Excel, optimizing reporting workflows, and supporting business decisions through accurate data analysis.Job DutiesPull and manipulate large data sets for the service departmentCreate and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft ExcelDevelop advanced Excel solutions, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBAIntegrate data across Microsoft Office Suite toolsUtilize Microsoft Access for database design, query development, and report automationOptimize reporting workflows and ensure data accuracySupport business decision-making through insightful data analysisRequired Skills:5+ years in a Data Analyst roleMust have Python and SQL experience and PowerBIMust have either Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Power AutomateAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and VBAExperience with Microsoft Access (database design, queries, report automation)Strong reporting capabilities across Microsoft productsExperience integrating and analyzing data across Microsoft platforms
