We offer the salary and benefits of the bigger companies, with the added bonus of a flexible workplace and a great work-life balance.Scope of Work:Capio Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Data Analyst to work as a part of the team on leading the transformation of the client current SAP ECC, CRM and other on-premise SAP systems to the latest SAP software version, RISE with SAP. This project emphasizes industry regulations and rules, implementing best practices in data quality, data migration, change management, and training services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data analysis, and adherence to state security and privacy standards.As part of the team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:Supports the organization by translating business initiatives and goals into analytical questions, identifying critical metrics, conducting analysis, and developing reportingHelp identify relevant datasets, contribute to data transformations, clean data, and conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasetsCreate visualizations, reports, and present findings, using business intelligence applications, spreadsheets, or codeDefine data quality needs to support analysis and should be proficient in profiling data to support data quality definitions. Need to implement quality monitoring or work with others to do so and should be able to communicate the impact of data quality on analysesHold Requirements Meeting with client staff to develop initial data visualization requirementsProvide recommendations on how to resolve data errorsAssess existing data security processes and recommend/implement solutions to resolve or improve processesProvide continuous support for data visualization and script developmentDevelop technical documentation of scripts, data visualizations, and analyses that can be utilized to troubleshoot and understand solutionsDevelop user guides to teach end users how to interact with the data visualizations and analyses, and have client’s end-user staff verify documentationConvene weekly or bi-weekly project meetings to provide the completion status of deliverables, roles and responsibilities, and prioritization for keeping the project on trackProvide knowledge transfer meetings that cover scripts developed to the client staffEnsure alignment with the client’s data roadmaps and plans while collaborating closely with their data teams to support project objectives and deliverablesInvolves Identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure consistent processes. Improve data accuracy, facilitate better decision-making, and support long-term scalability by standardizing workflowsMandatory Experience:Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a data analyst or in other quantitative analysis or engineering disciplines, such as researcher, data engineer or Business Intelligence analystMust possess a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon requestMust have a minimum of three (3) years of lead experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) from multiple disparate data sources, including data analysis and data cleansingMust have at least three (3) years of experience supporting the design and development of analytical models, tools, or programs using Data Analysis toolsMust have a minimum three (3) years of experience as a Data Analyst. Experience must include data mapping, classification, and analysis for multiple IT systems and interfaces; analyzing current state data environments; and designing future state data environmentsMust have a minimum three (3) years of previous working experience as a Data Analyst on SAP S/4HANA Transformations, implementations, and Migration ProjectsDesirable Experience:A minimum two (2) years of experience with the U.S. electric utility industry or similar Public Utility industryA minimum of three (3) years of experience providing data analysis, reporting through dashboards, and supporting requests for the creation of reports using tools such as MS Power BI, Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau, or any similar toolA minimum two (2) years of experience supporting the creation and delivery of end-user training. A minimum two (2) years of experience in supporting data loading cycles and data validation.
