Together, we’re building a big data analytics platform that heavily utilizes cloud services to enable distributed, auto-scalable data processing and usage at scale.Your role on the project would include:Collaborating with internal and external clients, understanding their needs, and addressing them through dataIndependently creating reports/dashboards in Looker/Power BI – from dataset conception to visual presentationMaintaining and optimizing existing reports/dashboardsWorking on integration and modeling of new data sources into the data warehouse using DBTWho We're Looking ForBased on the project description, we're looking for someone who has:Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or a similar roleExperience working with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar toolsSolid experience with SQL, including hands-on expertise in designing scalable data models, building complex analytical queries, and optimizing performance at scale. Candidates should be comfortable with schema design principles (fact/dimension modeling), execution plan analysis, reducing compute costs, and applying best-practice techniques for query tuning, indexing/clustering, and efficient data processing.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-friendly termsProficient English communication skills, both written and verbalNot Mandatory, But Great to HaveExperience with data analysis languages or tools (e.g., Python, R, SPSS, SAS)Experience using DBTDegree from FON, ETF, EKOF, MATF, or FTNWhat We OfferOption to work from our office or fully remotelyContinuous professional development through a structured education systemPrivate health insuranceWe’ve worked in various companies and decided to create something different and fantastic: a place where people work and grow without the discomfort of crossing the office threshold.
