If you’re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!Position Overview:Detail-oriented Data Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret operational and inventory data to support business decision-making. This role will involve comparing order volumes (placed vs. shipped) against on-site inventory, identifying discrepancies, and communicating findings clearly to our team. Work extensively with spreadsheets to manipulate and analyze data, and SAP experience especially NSAP is highly preferred (though any SAP background is beneficial). Pay Rate: $60.00-$65.00/Hour.Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and interpret data on orders placed, orders shipped, and current inventory levels. Identify variances or issues in order fulfillment compared to available inventory. Manipulate and manage large spreadsheets for tracking and analysis. Utilize SAP (NSAP preferred, but any SAP experience is beneficial) for data review and reporting. Prepare and present clear reports summarizing findings for leadership and operational teams. Communicate issues promptly and clearly to internal stakeholders. Support data integrity by verifying accuracy and consistency across sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes. Required Qualifications:2-3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role. Strong spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas. Experience with SAP (any module; NSAP preferred). Excellent communication skills for sharing findings and addressing issues. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:IT or data center experience (helpful but not required). Familiarity with ERP systems beyond SAP. Experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management.
