Join us in our journey to revolutionize healthcare communication and make a lasting impact on the industry.Job SummaryAs a commercial Data Analyst at Impiricus, you will play a vital role in driving data-informed decision-making across our commercial operations. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, supporting client-facing teams with actionable insights, and managing target list development. This position combines analytical expertise with business acumen to deliver valuable insights that enhance our client relationships and drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Performance Analysis and ReportingConduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance metrics and identify key insights.Create compelling data visualizations and collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams on client-facing presentations.Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for ongoing campaign tracking.Ad-hoc Commercial AnalysisSupport Customer Success and Sales teams with data-driven insights for client conversations.Support the expansion and growth of business development efforts by providing data-driven insights from internal and external data sources.Analyze cross-brand performance and proactively identify trends to inform business decisions.Prepare analytical findings for internal and external stakeholders.Target List ManagementExecute and validate target list matches for client campaigns.Develop and optimize target lists for campaign execution.Ensure data quality and accuracy in list development.Experience1-2 years of experience in a role with quantitative analysis responsibilitiesUndergraduate degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline)Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualizationExperience in creating and delivering external-facing presentationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively across teamsHealthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plusKnowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools highly preferredThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000.Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.BenefitsImpiricus focuses on taking care of our teammates' professional and personal growth and well-being.Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents + on-demand healthcare conciergeHSA, FSA & DCFSA: Pre-tax savings options for healthcare and dependent care, with monthly employer contributions to HSA (if enrolled in a high-deductible plan)Coverage & Protection: 100% paid short- and long-term disability, plus life and AD&D insuranceFlexible Time Off: Take the time you need with a flexible vacation policy — recharge your batteries your wayParental Leave: 12 weeks of paid leave to spend time with your newborn, adopted, or foster child (available after 6 months)Your Work, Your Way: If you're close to an office, we encourage spending some time in-person to collaborate and connect.
