The Technical Services team work closely with the site operational and financial aspects of the business. As Data Analyst you will be required to assist with collating, maintaining, analysing and reporting along with additional activities as and when required by the business.As a Data Analyst you will…Principle AccountabilitiesOperational AdministrationReceiving works from siteMaintaining records to update job statusCarrying out validation proceduresWorking in conjunction with the operational side of the businessPreparing presentation of deliverables including reportsUsing a range of software, including Microsoft Excel and industry specific applicationsGeneral AdministrationMaintaining recordsFilingUpdating confidential commercial informationData entryAssisting in the planning and preparation of site workUsing software applications to produce plansProducing schedulesFollowing client specifications and guidanceAnalysisContribute to analysis and performance reporting requirementsUse CCTV software as requiredUse GIS software as requiredAbout You…A Level 3 or higher IT-related qualification is desirable, along with some knowledge of data analysis and processing principles.
