We lead innovations and initiate countless transformations.We are shaping the future of payments, influencing and improving the reality for hundreds of thousands of customers and businesses in Israel.We believe in our people, encourage professionalism, excellence, personal developmentand we're dedicated provide the best employee experience.We invite you to join the transformation and take part in shaping our shared story.About the role:As Data & Business Insights Analyst you will be responsible for:Leading data-driven initiatives and perform deep analyses based on customer information.Generate actionable insights and recommendations tailored to the needs of business units, with a strong focus on credit-related domains.Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders, including business and technology teams, to define business requirements.Initiate and lead analytical projects from planning through presentation to business stakeholders and decision-makers.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics).At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a large organization, including presenting findings to stakeholders.Experience in complex analysis and querying large data sets using SQL.Strong business orientation and analytical thinking.Previous experience in financial companies – significant advantage.Familiarity and experience with Tableau – significant advantage.
