You'll work with marketing, product, and commercial teams, supporting them with reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities / accountabilities:Analyze product, transactional, and customer data to uncover trends and opportunitiesBuild and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholdersSupport teams with ad-hoc analysis to answer commercial questionsPresent findings in a clear, simple way that non-technical audiences can understandWork with colleagues to translate data insights into practical recommendationsRequirementsQualifications and experience:3 years' experience in a data analysis roleStrong Excel skills and sound SQL knowledgeExposure to at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Experience working with large datasets is an advantageDegree in a quantitative or related field preferred but not essential (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)Experience with Python, R, or similar is a plus, but not requiredSkills, knowledge and abilities:Naturally curious and eager to learnStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetAn ability to simplify complexityContinuous improvement by automationClear communicator, able to explain insights simplyDetail-oriented and comfortable working with numbersEnjoys working collaboratively in a team environmentKnowledge of digital marketing or product analytics is an advantageExperience in the Gambling/iGaming industry is a plusHow You Do It - Our CROWNS, Our ValuesAt KingMakers, our CROWNS values aren't posters on the wall — they're how we work and win together:Customer First: Build with and for our customers.
