These metrics and insights will help embed best practices within the organisation and demonstrate our compliance status.This role is accountable for:• Data Wrangling – Manages large, structured data from multiple sources, applying Structured Queries to transform, join, and extract data for enhanced analysis.• Descriptive and Diagnostic Analytics –Analyse advanced trends in complex data, drawing insights from diverse sources to solve critical business challenges and develop prescriptive analytics.• Data Visualization - Creates sophisticated visualizations, drawing insights, and automating data visuals for decision-making.• Coding & Scripting – Independently writes, tests, and edits scripts to load and transform data for complex analytics processes.• Data Modelling – Handles complex data structures, building trust in data reliability and ensuring accurate connections for advanced analytics.• Soft skills - Problem Solving, Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Data StorytellingMust have’ knowledge, skills and experiencesList key ‘must have’ knowledge, skills, experiences (KSE) that are relevant to this role. ‘Must haves’ are critical and fundamental KSEs to perform the role.The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:• Demonstrable experience in data visualisation and experience working with multiple BI Visualisation tools• Proficiency with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation• Strong communication and presentation skills• Ability to work well with technical resources and translate data requirements• Ability to effectively communicate to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical)• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrable experience in developing useful and insightful metrics reporting.• Strong acumen of MS Excel, PowerBI, MS PowerPoint and Qliksense• Demonstrable experience in developing performance or coverage metrics• Experience in cloud computing such as AWS• Independently writes, tests, and edits scripts to load and transform data for complex analytics processes.• Handle complex data structures, building trust in data reliability and ensuring accurate connections for advanced analytics.‘Good to have’ knowledge, skills and experiencesList key ‘good to have’ knowledge, skills, experiences (KSE) that are relevant to this role. ‘Good to haves’ are considered advantageous KSEs to perform the role.The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:· Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools.· Knowledge of general Information Security concepts.· Commitment to continued learning· Knowledge of BIAN is desirable
