We have successfully teamed up with brands all across the world to help create engaging visual content for their marketing campaigns.Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to manage the production of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of production, from pre-production to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all aspects of production, including scheduling/timeline mapping, budgeting, and resource allocation.Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and ensure that all elements are in place to meet deadlines.Coordinate with internal teams, including CGI and retouching teams, to ensure that all project elements are completed to the required standard on time.Liaise with clients to understand their needs/feedback and ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.Manage and track project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are delivered within budget.Coordinate and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring that all necessary materials are provided to the client.Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement new workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.Provide support and guidance to junior staff members and contribute to their training and development if needed.Requirements0 - 1+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a post-production company.Strong understanding of post-production workflows and processes.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, creatives, and production staff.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.Proficient in project management software, such as ClickUp or similar.Nice To HaveExperience in project management.Familiarity with industry-standard software and hardware.Experience with workflow automation and optimization.Experience with budgeting and cost control.Interested Candidate can share their CV at jobs@aptita.com
