Data Analyst

Job DescriptionTremend is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You should be insightful, inquisitive, and naturally collaborative, with a strong desire to share ideas and opinions.ResponsibilitiesWork with business stakeholders & functional teams, fulfilling their data needs and helping them to leverage analytics to improve their domains and act faster, and make better decisionsAssisting our clients in determining how to measure and analyze the effectiveness of their businessConsult with clients to shape and define the role and success of analytics in their businessDesign and develop reports/dashboards using various analytics and visualization toolsContinually optimizing existing reports/dashboards to improve performance benchmarking Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports/dashboardsEngage with relevant stakeholders and provide analysis, reportin,g and presentations to effectively communicate on insights and KPIsIdentifies and resolves any data quality issues by conducting both routine and ad-hoc data cleaning and testingUsing various tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data setsCoaching and supporting key users to adopt the reporting tool.Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to work closely with business partners, understand requirements, and provide accurate findings of analysisStrong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferably), Tablea,u or QlikViewAbility to analyze large datasetsGreat analytical skills, self-drive,n and an eye for detail and qualitySolid SQL, / Power Query M, DAX, DWH concepts, BI VisualizationGood stakeholder management skillsGood team and business communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills, and strong attention to detail; can walk through approach with technical clients or explain tricky concepts to non-technical audiences Experience with agile methodologies and tools (eg, Jira or similar).Set yourself apart with:R and/or Python experienceGoogle Analytics / Mipxanel / Amplitude / Adobe AnalyticsA/B testingData Governance experienceMartech experienceFinancial reporting.Additional InformationBesides an exciting job in a tremendous team, here s what you can expect:A fast-paced tech environmentContinuous growth & learningOpen feedback cultureRoom for own initiative & ideasTransparency about results & strategyRecognition & reward for hard workWorking with a flexible schedule Medical subscriptionMeal ticketsExtra vacation daysMany other perks Company DescriptionTremend is the newest global software engineering hub for Publicis Sapient.
