Data Analyst – B2B – Onsite Gdansk or Krakow12 month initial contractMarket rate5 days per week on site ResponsibilitiesData Analysis and Cleansing:Conduct thorough analysis of structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data to support investment decision-making processes.Perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability, removing inconsistencies and errors from datasets.Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, if neededData Quality and Validation:Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.Collaborate with data engineers to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.Support for AI and Graph Integration:Assist in the integration of AI-driven analytics and GraphRAG into data analysis workflows.Utilize Neo4j-powered Knowledge Graphs to enhance investment intelligence and decision traceability.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with data architects, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.RequirementsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.Experience with data visualization toolsData Management Experience:Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools, particularly Snowflake.Understanding of data quality and validation processes.AI and Graph Experience:Basic understanding of AI-driven analytics and Graph Data Structures.Experience with or willingness to learn about Neo4j and GraphRAG.Additional Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
