We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful insights, power business intelligence, and shape strategy through precision and clarity.This is your chance to build and evolve end to end analytics solutions — from data modeling and dashboard design to predictive insights — empowering teams across Shory’s digital ecosystem to make faster, more informed decisions.Responsibilities:Dashboard & Report Development: - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making. - Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions. - Optimize and enhance Power BI reports for performance and scalability. - Implement data modeling best practices and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. - Automate data workflows and develop ETL processes to streamline reporting. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and Power BI. - Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices. Security, Ethics & Compliance - Implement security measures for all deployments to guard against unauthorized access, risks, potential breaches. - Ensure Data models comply with ethics and compliance rules of the company. Collaboration - Work closely with other Business teams to align strategy with broader organizational goals. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training. Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling - Collaborate with data science or AI teams to incorporate predictive modeling and advanced analytics into reports, adding value to the insights provided. Data Governance & Documentation: - Maintain clear documentation of data models, reports, and processes to ensure proper data governance and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams. Performance Monitoring - Continuously monitor the performance of dashboards and reports, identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks.Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Solid experience in developing Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and automating ETL workflows. - Proven ability to manage complex datasets, ensure data integrity, and optimize reporting for performance and scalability. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience mentoring junior analysts and working across business teams.
