You'll be instrumental in transforming raw information into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.What You'll DoDeep Dive & Interrogation: Conduct thorough, detail-oriented analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and, most importantly, anomalies. Your mission is to understand the why behind the numbers.BI Tool Mastery: Leverage our key Business Intelligence (BI) tools—including Looker, Google Sheets, and Excel (specifically Pivot Tables)—to efficiently extract, transform, and visualise data.Insight Generation: Go the extra mile to synthesise findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that provide strategic value to the business.C-Suite Communication: Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence to C-Suite level stakeholders. You must be comfortable defending your analysis and translating technical details into business impact.What You'll BringCurious & Detail-Oriented Mindset: An innate curiosity and meticulous attention to detail are non-negotiable. You must have a passion for deep-diving into data until all questions are answered.Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in manipulating and analysing data using:Looker (or similar modern BI platforms like Tableau/Power BI).Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills, especially Pivot Tables, formulas, and data cleaning).Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to create visually engaging reports and deliver persuasive presentations to both technical and executive audiences.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven track record of investigating data discrepancies and root-cause analysis.
