The RoleWe’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team and help us turn data into insights that drive real-world impact.In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Data Analytics to deliver dashboards, develop models, and uncover insights that make our products and our customers better every day. What you’ll do:• Support Head of Data Analytics to deliver BI dashboards and reporting.• Development of new statistical models to measure risk metrics and internal processes.• Monitor performance metrics and develop ways to improve them.• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. What You’ll Bring• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. (Required)• 1–3 years of experience in a similar data or analytical role. (Desirable)Technical Skills:• Proficient in SQL scripting.• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar Data Warehouse tools.• Strong knowledge of Excel and advanced spreadsheet techniques.• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.• Development of Machine Learning Algorithms.Soft Skills:• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
