Data Analyst

About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and interpreting reports for operational and clinically focused leaders, as well as supporting data management and reporting needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and interpret reports for operational and clinically focused leadersDevelop data models and backend processes to support reporting needsCollaborate with Data Integration and Data Management teams to source and develop data / ETLSupport and perform ongoing updates for production reports and processesSolves moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analysesOther related duties as assigned QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED (or higher)3+ years of data reporting/analysis experience3+ years of experience with SQL with the ability to create ad-hoc queries and production processes2+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau Required SkillsStrong analytical, research and problem-solving skills Preferred SkillsPrevious experience with data analytics.Familiarity with CMS 5 Star, HEDIS, Risk AdjustmentComfortable with the development of reports from multiple data sets and organization of data for presentation to management
