Our work is rooted in the principles of equity, inclusion, and community empowerment, striving to create a political landscape that truly reflects the diversity of the nation.About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our team and help leverage data and technology to accelerate progress toward a truly reflective democracy. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing and analyzing large datasets, developing complex data systems, and creating insightful visualizations and dashboards. Your work will support our national and state partners by providing data-driven insights, research, and evaluation to demonstrate the impact of our programs and initiatives. This is a junior to mid-level position offering opportunities for growth and increased ownership over research, reporting, and analytics functions. The role reports directly to the Data and Analytics Director and offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits and paid time off. This position is remote, with the expectation of travel as needed, and is targeted to start on January 12, 2026.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience working with political and/or non-profit data systemsStrong passion for and commitment to advancing a reflective democracyProficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Hex, Looker Studio, and MapboxAdvanced SQL skills, preferably with experience in BigQuery, including complex queries and data managementExperience managing CRM systems, especially Action BuilderKnowledge of data processing techniques and software such as Python or RExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiencesEnthusiasm for learning new technical skills and toolsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment with attention to detailCommitment to conducting work through an equity lensRelevant bachelor’s, associate’s, or technical degree, or equivalent work experienceResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and landscape reports to support candidate recruitment efforts, especially in HexCollaborate with the Data & Analytics Director to create research products, datasets, and reports for various partners and coalitionsSupport measurement, learning, and evaluation frameworks by monitoring key metrics and reporting on program impact and successAssist partners in data management tasks such as cleaning, importing, matching, and supplementing lists for program measurement and reportingAnalyze and maintain large datasets stored in BigQuery, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and cleanlinessPerform database management functions, including regular data maintenance and user support for Action Builder CRMProvide data support for external research projects and contribute to public communicationsServe as a thought partner in long-term projects and strategic planning alongside the Data and Analytics DirectorPerform other duties as assigned to support organizational goalsBenefitsCompetitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experienceComprehensive health and wellness benefitsPaid time off and holidaysRemote work flexibility with travel opportunities as neededProfessional development and growth opportunitiesSupportive team environment committed to diversity and inclusionEqual OpportunityThe Pipeline Fund is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
