Our work is rooted in the principles of equity, inclusion, and community empowerment, striving to create a political landscape that truly reflects the diversity of the nation.About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our team and help leverage data and technology to accelerate progress toward a truly reflective democracy. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing and analyzing large datasets, developing complex data systems, and creating insightful visualizations and dashboards. Your work will support our national and state partners by providing data-driven insights, research, and evaluation to demonstrate the impact of our programs and initiatives. This is a junior to mid-level position offering opportunities for growth and increased ownership over research, reporting, and analytics functions. The role reports directly to the Data and Analytics Director and offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits and paid time off.
