Partners for Impact.What We OfferCollaborate with C-level executives to drive transformational changes in their business.Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to deliver impactful data driven solutions for clientGrow business by identifying opportunities to grow client relationships.Work in multidisciplinary teams and learn from motivated colleagues.Play a pivotal role in defining and executing data strategies for our clients.Become part of a dynamic, international team, where you can fast-track your career and lead projects that deliver tangible business results.What You Will DoLead and manage client interactions, building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationshipsAct as the client’s go-to partner, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with their evolving needsBridge the gap between technical data responsibilities and people management, bringing a detailed understanding of how to lead and develop teams, uphold technical excellence, and meet client expectationsTranslate business problems into clear analytics solutionsEnsure analytics initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes, tracking KPIs and demonstrating ROI to clientsTake ownership of team delivery quality, change management, and operational ways of workingServe as a sounding board for client leadership on data and analytics topicsSeek opportunities beyond the scope of current projects, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial mindsetPartner with clients to define long-term data and analytics strategy, shaping future initiatives and driving innovationProvide guidance and mentorship to team members while orchestrating the work of the broader teamFoster the team’s growth by developing skills, culture, and ways of workingContribute to global data initiatives and communities of practiceWhat You´ll BringDegree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, econometrics, AI, engineering, mathematics, physics)10+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, including 3+ years at project lead / “Head of” level, with a strong professional networkStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across complex stakeholder environmentsRecognized for a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions under pressureA data-driven leader who understands complex data and inspires and motivates the people behind itCommercial acumen, with experience identifying and shaping new opportunitiesRobust knowledge of statistical concepts and expertise across analytical tools: databases (SQL, BigQuery, noSQL), programming (R, Python, Spark), visualization (PowerBI, Tableau), and machine learningDeep expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and traditional analytics, with a high-level understanding of data engineering and data strategyStrong understanding of at least one cloud stack (Azure, AWS, GCP)Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects, balancing hands-on involvement with strategic oversight, and providing inspiring guidance to team membersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in clear, business-oriented termsHigh proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelExperience in retail and consumer goods is highly advantageous(Desired) Experience integrating GenAI / LLM solutions into enterprise workflowsProfessional fluency in English requiredAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
