Data Analytics Engineer OpportunityLocation: Hybrid in DenverCompensation: $120K–$140K base + performance bonusRole Type: Full-time permanent – stable role with room for growthWe're partnering with a national healthcare company to add a Data Analytics Engineer to their Shared Services Data Team. This position supports multiple subsidiaries, providing broad exposure to various business areas and clear paths for professional development.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Develop and optimize data models for efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis.Support data governance to maintain quality and consistency.Create dashboards and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.Standardize data from systems like EHR, Finance, and CRM into unified models.Required Qualifications:2+ years in data or business analysis.3+ years of SQL experience.Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and warehousing.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Experience owning projects from start to finish.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau, DBT, Python, Git, AGILE methodologies, or healthcare/claims data (including HIPAA compliance).This hybrid role requires 2 days per week onsite in our Denver office, with flexibility for remote work.If you have strong analytical skills and enjoy collaborative settings, I'd be glad to discuss the role further.#DataAnalytics #DenverJobs #SQL #ETL #HybridWork #Healthcare #DataEngineering #Analytics
