The Opportunity.We are looking for experienced Data Analytics & Insights Specialists to join a high-impact transformation program with one of the world’s leading consulting firms. In this role, you will work closely with data, business, and technology teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive customer, sales, and operational performance. You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models that inform strategic decisions, leveraging both cloud-based and traditional analytics platforms. The Role.Define, design, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business and operational success. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik) to communicate insights clearly. Translate complex data into business recommendations for marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams. Conduct advanced SQL analysis, data validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights. Collaborate with data engineers to define data models, pipelines, and data sources used for analytics. Partner with business teams to identify high-impact analytical use cases, including churn prediction, upsell/cross-sell, segmentation, and retention modeling. Manage cloud-based data workflows (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable storage, processing, and deployment. Present analytical findings through executive summaries and visual storytelling, connecting insights to measurable business outcomes. The Expertise.Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in Data Analytics, BI, or Cloud Analytics (Microsoft, AWS, Google) are an advantage. Experience & Background8–10 years of experience in data analytics, performance management, or business intelligence. Proven experience building dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent. Strong command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Hands-on experience with data pipelines, Snowflake, APIs, or similar tools for integrating analytics. Experience using cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data management and analytics. Background in telecom, financial services, utilities, or digital platform analytics preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for business audiences.
