The Opportunity.Thakral One is looking for a Retail Sales Execution Lead with 5–8 years of experience in retail operations, field sales, or channel execution. The role involves leading in-store sales initiatives, driving adoption of new tools and selling techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and retail performance.The Role.Lead daily operations for in-store sales execution across designated retail locationsCoordinate implementation of personalization initiatives (e.g., new sales enablement tools, in-store journey changes)Work closely with frontline staff to ensure adoption of new tools and selling techniquesLiaise with store managers, retail operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless roll-out and iteration of pilotsMonitor and improve customer interactions through in-store experimentation (e.g., offer framing, product bundling, consultative selling techniques)Provide feedback from retail ground teams to central teams to refine tools, scripts, and training.The Expertise.5–8 years of experience in retail operations, field sales, or channel execution roles, ideally within telecom, FMCG, or consumer electronics sectorsProven experience managing or supporting large-scale in-store rollouts or activationsFamiliarity with frontline enablement tools (e.g., guided selling apps, POS systems, customer segmentation tools)Strong people management and coaching skills with ability to influence store staff not under direct reporting linesExperience working in cross-functional agile teams, especially in pilot/test-and-learn environmentsComfort with short-term contracts or project-based assignments; experience in pilot or transformation programs a plusStrong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; other local languages are advantageous.About us.Thakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
