We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesCalibrate Test and Measurement equipment, including troubleshooting, problem isolation and provide technical information for customer to make decision wisely at customer's site.Maintenance of various calibration software platforms.Manage record retention for onsite calibration operations.Customer facing employee. Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customer, acting as trusted advisors for all Keysight service-related inquiries.Setup calibration stations to be shipped onsite and tear-down of stations after onsite calibration.Monitor and analyze progress of onsite calibration and provide daily reports on the updates.To comply with quality process based on ISO17025 Standard.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.Experience in calibration services or hands-on with test and measurement equipment.Good understanding of RF and microwave principles, power electronics, analyzers and other related measurement technique.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proactive approach to address customer and/or internal challenges.Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with customers and internal team. Must be a good team player.Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed within short notice period. Willing to be stationed at customer's site and work outstations for several weeks.Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) for reporting and documentation.Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
