Our focus is on automating the complete material and data flow of the laser cutting and bending process chain.In a nutshellAt our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data and Software Operations who will be main point of contact for subsidiaries with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.What you will be doingLicensing & Order Management:Manage and process global software orders and customer contractsIssue customer licenses and resolve licensing casesEnsure accuracy of order, invoice, and license dataUnderstand and master the software business model, Bystronic pricing policies, and transfer pricelistEnsure that the information corresponding SAP system(s) for transfer and list prices globally – based on PM input approved pricing committeeMaintain and improve the content regarding licensing and maintenance contracts in Service DMSSAP & Data Governance:Maintain and enhance SAP pricing, product data, and global software master dataMonitor and improve data quality across SAP and CRM platformsSupport system enhancements and global process improvement initiativesProcess Ownership & Optimization:Own and optimize global sales and licensing processesDocument workflows and ensure adherence to standardsIdentify inefficiencies and drive automation opportunitiesAnalysis & Reporting:Prepare monthly sales, licensing, and consumption reportsSupport stakeholders with insights based on data analysisYour education & experienceMaster/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant fieldAt least 3 years of professional experience in SAP environment and in touch with Software managementHands on experience with SAP, CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Very good command of Polish and English (min.
