Led by a founding team with decades of experience in global insurance markets, they are scaling rapidly and redefining how underwriting, finance, and operations work together to serve global clients.About the Role:As a Graduate Associate, you’ll take ownership of data and operational processes across the business. This is a hands-on role working directly with the CEO, CUO, COO, and CFO, offering exposure across underwriting, finance, and technology.You’ll play a pivotal part in how the firm manages, analyses, and leverages its data — from automating reporting processes to generating insights that inform underwriting and strategic decisions. It’s a rare opportunity to learn the inner workings of a global underwriting business while building technical, analytical, and commercial skills from day one.Responsibilities:Manage and streamline core data and operational processes across underwriting and finance.Automate reporting and develop dashboards that visualise key business and portfolio metrics.Analyse underwriting data to identify loss trends, performance patterns, and growth opportunities.Liaise with brokers, carriers, and external partners to ensure accuracy and completeness of data flows.Support leadership with financial tracking, performance analytics, and operational planning.Drive continuous improvement across systems and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top UK university in a numerate or analytical field (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar).Excellent numeracy, analytical thinking, and data handling skills.Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.Detail-oriented, logical, and process-driven.Clear communicator with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.Proactive, ambitious, and adaptable — thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive starting salary £35K–£38K.Hybrid working model (3-4 days per week in the Central London office).Direct exposure to C-suite leaders and cross-functional projects.Mentorship and development opportunities within a growing business.Collaborative, high-performance culture with ownership and real career progression.
