Work Shift: Night Shift Experience: Open for Freshers to 3 YearsJob SummaryResponsible for 24×7 monitoring of IT infrastructure, incident management, and ensuring customer issues are handled within defined SLAs.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor customer IT environment round-the-clock.Respond to and resolve customer queries on time.Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow SLAs.Coordinate with internal and external technical teams.Support ITIL processes: Incident, Change & Problem Management.Perform scheduled/routine operational tasks.Contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing).0–3 years of experience in customer/technical support.Strong communication skills (English or German).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic MS Office knowledge.
