Job Description Summary of Datacenter Pre-Sales ConsultantAs Segment V2 & Pre-sales consultant, He/She has both Commercial & Technical leadership responsibility for GSA (Global Strategic Account), MCTA (Major Country Target Account) + Local Datacenter domestic projects that require localization and customization of BMS(Building Management System and EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System) system design and deployment within South Korea.This JOB should have insight into implementation requirements which are oriented from Schneider Electric solution Portfolio with strong understanding of Datacenter Chilled Water System, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Electrical distribution design & Control Systems. Furthermore, he/she is able to find appropriate application from other vendor or manufacturer’s products, not only within SE portfolio.Lead the go to market strategy from the strong understanding of mission critical construction project process and by understanding stakeholders’ tendency.Lead technical advisory or spec-in activity by setting up the action plan with both internal stakeholders such as Regional or Global Solution Architect & Execution Team and external stakeholders such as EcoXpert Partner and installation companies.Convert customers’ needs identified at early stage of the sales & design process into the most cost effective and appropriate/less risky technical architecture & solutions leveraging proven & existing architectures and bricks; use her/his deep Digital Energy/Power technology, cybersecurity and architecture knowledge.Promote Digital Energy offer’s value proposition. What will you do?Managing market pipeline & collaborate with segment sales team to get lead on design implementation on specific project. (through bFO sales force)End-user sales activity as V2 SalesEstablish close relationship with Customers’ technical team & Engineering Consultants in order to prescribe fit for purpose Digital Energy solutions and influencing.Execution partner (Technically certified Partner & Installation Partner) relationship managementBoard & Internal commercial reporting to various stakeholder inquiries - datacenter pipeline & sales process specificSoC (Solution Opportunity Committee) Preparation as opportunity leader (for S0, S1 gate)Lead all offer and reference architectures qualifications activities toward key accounts, Consultants, Specifiers, Regulators, direct customers.Work-in-hand with Global, Regional, Country Account Manager (V1), Regional, Global/Regional Solution Architects, Technical Leaders, Tender Managers, Project Managers (Directors) and Application Engineers for Design & Drawing, Go to Market Setup, Quotation & Tendering, Technical Validation of Architecture, DLP (Defects Liability Period) co-handling.Lead project requirements gathering workshops and develop resulting documentation.Lead the design & drawing (if required) and documentation of proposed customer solutions based on defined requirementsCan present and defend technical proposals and solutions. Develop required technical and commercial argumentation documents. Provide answers to complex technical questions from customers in co-operation with technical experts of different Business Units (BUs).Be active member of the network of technical experts such as Solution Architects, Technical Leaders and Application Design Engineers executing projects.Able to participate in a project in any emergency. (upon customer or internal need)Perform technical influencing and specifying activities at early stages of business development & opportunity identificationReview Request for Quotations (RfQ) providing sales team with clear technical synthesis of Digital Energy/Power competitive advantages and proposed technical deviations. Provide technical advice to sales and capture team, propose competitive solutions and clarifications to reach sales targets.Convert customer needs in technical proposals & architecture reusing proven and high value creation solutions based on Digital Energy/Power offer contents.Developing Go To Market(GTM) strategy based on project surroundings and by determine stakeholders’ tendency to successfully deploy the solution onto the project. QualificationDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation & Control EngineerinStrong Communication, Customer Consultation Skill & Commercial MindseStrong understanding of control & instrumentation system pricing structureStrong Mentality to bear on time squeezing & tight project schedule and customer requirementConstruction Market Intelligence (Strong understanding of Project Stakeholder StructureConstruction & Engineering Design Process UnderstandingStrong understanding on datacenter Infrastructure - HVAC, ACMV & Electrical Distribution, Emergency Power Sources and its distribution mechanism.Strong understanding on Control & Monitoring System and its architecture - Building Management System, Electrical EPMS system, Energy Management System, Chiller Management SystemIntermediate - Strong understanding on Instrumentation & Control System Installation (Cabling, Conduit)Field Device (Instrumentation & Control) knowledge - Electrical & Mechanical Metering, Protection Relays & other Electrical Components, BTU, Control Valve, Piping & Room Condition Sensors, Gas SensorsProject Experience in any field in Mission Critical Facility Project (Project Design, Project Management, Project Engineer, Application Engineer, Commissioning Engineer. etc.)Intermediate understanding of Fire Detection & suppression SystemLocal Code Understanding (Green Energy Building Certificate, Fire Detection regulation… any code related with Datacenter…)Advanced Level of Industrial Network & Protocol UnderstandingBasic - advanced knowledge on Industrial CybersecurityProven skills in building & writing technical documents (e.g. specifications… SOO, FDS…)8+ years’ experience in Technical or Commercial profile in Building Automation & Electrical EPMS Solutions environment from mission critical project environment.Business level in EnglishWillingness of Travel mostly domestic (& abroad) (30-40%)Certification: CDCP, FE, PE… will be a plus.  Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
