Job DescriptionIn this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Responsible for assigned EPC account managementGenerate bookings for the responsible products to meet the assigned booking targetReport the project pursuit status, forecasting and profitability analysis to Sales managerManage and implement the projects complying with the company standard proceduresCoordinate with the Sales manager on developing market strategyLead and direct continuing processes improvement plan for EPC sales and service processes and activitiesLead and develop complete technical and commercial proposal with all necessary documents and subjects like executive summary, solution, description, bill of material, project execution plan, project organization, project schedule, support structure, references, etc for sales pursuitsResponsible for key performance metrics to monitor performance and lead continuous process improvement effortsBuild strategic customer relationships to achieve sales strategies and objectivesPresentation/demonstration of product/technical solutionsProvide timely sales data, report and analysisWho You Are:You promote a sense of urgency and establishes and enforces individual accountability in the team. You model collaboration across the organization. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach.
