Data Center Technician (m/f/d) for the World's Largest Software ManufacturerWe are looking for dedicated Data Center Technicians (m/f/d) to join our team at a state-of-the-art data center in Frankfurt. In this key role, you will actively contribute to maintaining and developing the technical infrastructure of a globally leading company. You will be involved in daily maintenance and troubleshooting in a dynamic and technically demanding environment. If you have experience handling break-fix tickets and basic knowledge of server, network, and cabling technologies, we look forward to receiving your application.Responsibilities:Daily handling of Level 2 break-fix tickets in the data centerIdentifying sources of errors and implementing necessary corrective actionsRequirements:Basic knowledge of server technology, networking, and cablingExperience with break-fix ticket handlingAbility to identify error messages and quickly find solutionsExperience with data center infrastructure (e.g., server racks) is a plusEnglish language skills are required, as communication often takes place in EnglishWillingness to work 100% on-siteSolid experience in a data center or similar technical environment (at least 6 months)Driver's licenseIf you have a passion for technical infrastructure and want to be part of a growing team, we look forward to your application!
