YOUR CHALLENGES The main purpose of this role is to support the daily MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) works on site focussing on mechanical & electronics and to ensure a 24/7 Data Center operations. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance and repair of critical technical assetsCompliance with internal and external training programsInstallation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systemsModifying the electrical wiring systemTracking of critical process services using a CMMS systemProcessing and closing of customer's service orders according to the service level agreementsEnsuring the correct and effective functioning of the systemsSupport and accompaniment of subcontractors in the execution of activities, taking into account customer agreements and CBRE security and risk reduction measuresDaily tours and inspectionsIdentification of potential risks for the intended process or occupational safetyWriting daily shift reports and passing the information to the next shiftParticipation in alternating shiftsManagement support in all areasOn-site contact person for the customer and his employees in the specified area of responsibilityYOUR QUALIFICATIONSCompleted vocational training / apprenticeship with an electrical focus (like Electronics Technician, Electrical Engineer, etc.) with sufficient professional experience in the above-mentioned key areas, preferably in the area of data centers or other critical environments like production or oil and gasExperience in handling refrigeration and air conditioning devicesKnowledge of how to use a CMMS systemSPS / PLC knowledge is an advantageRecognizing complex technical relationshipsStrong service orientation and ability to work in a teamConfident use of MS OfficeProficient in English and basic communication skills in local language is preferredOUR BENEFITSFuture-proof job opportunity with a true development guarantee in one of the fastest-growing Data Centre markets worldwideTOP trainings with internationally recognized state-of-the-art certificationsAttractive salaries based on experience and qualification with an annual salary assessment/increase, old-age provision and insurance policies including health insurance and other good benefitsInternational working environment with inspiring cross-border career opportunitiesCreative working culture with challenging responsibilities and a high level of autonomyDIVERSITY, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY and WORK-LIFE BALANCE are practiced values!Do you need more good reasons?
