Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Nishitokyo for a Data Customer Operations Specialist. The individual in this role will handle customer inquiries, address operational challenges related to data delivery, and ensure timely delivery of satellite data to clients. Responsibilities include monitoring data workflows, collaborating with internal teams to resolve potential issues, and providing effective communication and technical support to clients. The role also involves working closely with the operations and product teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong background in data management, analytics, and workflow monitoringExperience in customer support, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolutionProficiency in working with satellite data or geospatial technology is a strong advantageAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Japanese is a plusTechnical understanding of data systems, software tools, and operational processesRelevant academic background, preferably in engineering, data science, IT, or a related fieldExperience in the space industry or with SAR satellite data is an asset
