With a strong focus on big data and scalable systems, this organisation is building proprietary technology used by global enterprise clients.They are now looking for a Data Engineer to join their growing team.The OpportunityAs a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and enhancing automated data driven systems that analyse complex rule sets and large-scale datasets. You will work end-to-end; from breaking down intricate problems into logical components, through to implementation, optimisation, and production deployment.This is an opportunity to join a scaling environment where your ideas and technical input will directly influence system architecture, performance, and future growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable data processing and auditing systemsTranslate complex industry rules and documentation into robust system logicAnalyse audit outputs, investigate anomalies, and implement fixes through to productionWrite clean, maintainable, and high-performance codeOptimise SQL queries and workflows across large datasetsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact project milestonesTake ownership of tasks and drive them independently to completionAbout YouYou are a structured thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and working with large datasets.
