You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and test data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data storage solutionsBuild and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance pipelines for structured and unstructured dataWork with big data technologies and distributed systems to process and transform large datasetsCollaborate with data modelers, data scientists, and solution architects to ensure efficient data flows and optimal storagePartner with data scientists and analysts to deliver clean, well-structured, and accessible dataCoordinate with integration teams and data source owners for smooth ingestion of data from multiple systemsAutomate provisioning, deployments, and environment management for data platformsCreate and support APIs and data services for internal and external consumersEnsure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, data quality, and governanceQualificationsHands-on experience with ETL/ELT design and implementationFamiliarity with big data ecosystems (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Flink)Experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data engineering tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse)Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaSolid understanding of SQL and experience with both relational and non-relational databasesExperience with data modeling, schema design, and data partitioning strategiesKnowledge of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Data Factory) is a plusExperience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practicesFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and test management basicsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of professional experience in data engineering or related rolesStrong teamwork, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsFluent in English, both spoken and writtenCuriosity and drive to continuously learn, adapt, and share knowledgeAdditional InformationBesides an exciting job in a tremendous team, here's what you can expect:A fast-paced tech environmentContinuous growth & learningOpen feedback cultureRoom for own initiative & ideasTransparency about results & strategyRecognition & reward for hard workWorking with a flexible schedule Medical subscriptionMeal ticketsExtra vacation days - starting with 25 vacation daysMany others perks
