Data Engineer (Senior Position)

OmniGTM.ai is building the first unified, AI-powered Go-To-Market (GTM) platform that breaks down silos across marketing, sales, and customer success. By connecting CRM data, enrichment sources, and intent signals into one intelligent system, we help B2B teams reach the right accounts at the right time — with speed, accuracy, and trust.As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll own the scalable data foundation that powers our AI-driven platform. You’ll design and optimize high-volume pipelines, manage a polyglot data stack (MongoDB Atlas, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS, Kafka), and ensure data is reliable, real-time, and explainable for advanced analytics and AI/ML models.What you’ll do:- Build and scale pipelines across CRMs, enrichment providers, and internal sources.- Enable AI teams with feature pipelines and inference-ready datasets.- Lead data governance, quality, and compliance efforts.- Mentor junior engineers and shape the Egypt hub’s technical leadership.What we’re looking for:- 7+ years of experience in large-scale Data Engineering.- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.- Deep experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, IAM).- Hands-on expertise with both relational (Aurora PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB Atlas) databases.- Proven ability to design, deploy, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.- Strong problem-solving skills with heterogeneous data sources.Nice to have:- Experience supporting AI/ML pipelines (e.g., SageMaker, MLOps practices).- Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka).- Knowledge of data security/privacy (GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001).- Background in B2B data, sales, or marketing analytics.Why Join Us:- Shape the core data foundation of a global, AI-powered GTM platform.- Be part of a fast-growing company with the Egypt office as a key engineering hub.- Collaborate with world-class engineers, architects, and AI practitioners.- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits package.How to Apply:Send your resume and a short note about why you’re a great fit to careers@omnigtm.aiSubject line: Senior Data Engineer – EgyptOmniGTM.ai is an equal opportunity employer.
