Position: Data EngineerIndustry: Energy & EngineeringEmployment Type: ContractExperience Level: 5 – 10 Years Key Responsibilities1.Data Analysis & InterpretationApply statistical methods and analytical tools to explore and interpret large datasets. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support data-driven business decisions. 2.Data Cleansing & Quality AssuranceEnsure data accuracy and reliability by detecting and correcting inconsistencies, anomalies, and errors across multiple data sources. 3.Troubleshooting & Technical SupportProvide technical expertise in resolving data-related issues. Collaborate with IT and business teams to maintain seamless data flow and operational efficiency. 4.Report Generation & VisualizationDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual analytics using tools such as Power BI, MS Fabric, Tableau, or similar BI platforms to communicate insights effectively. Requirements5–10 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar analytical/data role.Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, MS Fabric, etc.).Solid understanding of data quality management, troubleshooting, and data governance best practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
