Data Engineer Test/lead

该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Data Engineer Test to join our data engineering team.You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of data pipelines by designing and implementing testing strategies to validate data accuracy and integrity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams,leveraging Alibaba Cloud's MaxCompute and DataPipeline to drive continuous improvement in data quality.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data testing strategies to ensure high-quality output of data pipelines. Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to understand data flows and business requirements, ensuring test coverage of all critical scenarios. Develop ETL-related test code based on MaxCompute and DataPipeline on the Alibaba Cloud platform to ensure data processing accuracy. Identify and document data defects, assisting the team in quickly resolving issues to maintain data quality. Monitor the performance of data pipelines, analyze bottlenecks,and provide improvement suggestions to optimize data processing efficiency. Write and maintain testing documentation,including test plans, test cases, and test reports, to ensure transparency and traceability of the testing process.
