We enable your best to power our future.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Based on the given media, analyse a commercial (print/video/text) and identify the required brand information and creative characteristics according to the specified classification guidelines.Match the brand with existing information in the database or create new brands and creatives when necessary.Complete the coding of commercial suspects within established timeframes to meet productivity goals.Adhere to coding business rules and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent data classification.Maintain an acceptable quality score by ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in the coding process.Meet and maintain an acceptable productivity rate to ensure efficient data coding operations.Stay updated with global industry trends, changes in brand definitions, and creative characteristics to ensure accurate classification of commercials.Collaborate with team members to resolve coding discrepancies and provide feedback for process improvements.Research and maintain new brands and parent companies added through the harmonization process according to established guidelines.Using established guidelines, harmonize unmapped vendor data descriptions and creatives to Ad Intel reference data.Identify valid new brand records to flag for additional research.QualificationsRole Requirements:Must be proficient in spoken and written EnglishBachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong research skills and ability to verify and maintain data according to established guidelinesGood knowledge of MS ExcelFamiliarity with advertising brands and creative characteristicsKnowledge of other media and advertising industry trends across global marketsAbility to work independently and meet established deadlinesProficient in using data management tools and softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to adapt to changing guidelines, procedures, and business rulesExperience working in a production environment is a plusMust be aligned with Nielsen's core values of Courage, Growth, and InclusionAdditional InformationPlease be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
