This role is pivotal in supporting key operational workflows related to provider referrals, patient data management, and cohort management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data platforms and will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely activation of patients within our systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, validating, and managing sensitive healthcare data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA, and supporting reporting functions that meet client and organizational needs.
