Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Specialist at a growing US based company. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of business data in our systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Qualifications2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar rolesHigh typing speed (ideally 50+ WPM) with excellent accuracyProficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and data entry softwareStrong attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks with high accuracyComfortable working partially or fully in U.S. time zonesStrong written and verbal English communication skillsResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databasesReview and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and formattingMaintain digital records and organize information for easy accessCommunicate with team members to clarify any unclear or missing informationPerform basic reconciliation of entries to ensure accuracyMeet daily or weekly data entry targets and quality standardsSupport additional administrative or clerical tasks as assignedDetailsIndependent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.Client has a desire for long term commitment.Compensation$1,000 - $1,500 per month depending on experience.
