About The TeamThe President’s Office supports the Group President in driving enterprise-wide productivity and long-term value creation. The team leads cross-functional efforts focused on operational efficiency and AI transformation, working closely with Regional and Local teams to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact.Job DescriptionSupport the migration of management reports into an enterprise platform, helping to shape how data is used across teamsEnsure data accuracy and quality by validating key metrics and identifying issues proactivelyAssist in preparing monthly performance reports and turning data into insights for leadership decision-makingCollaborate with teams to improve reporting processes and automate manual workContribute to data-related projects and explore opportunities to enhance reporting toolsProvide support on any other tasks assigned by the reporting managerRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, IS, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL and PythonAbility to analyse data and derive key insights that guide business decisionsAbility to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)Part-time interns (commit at least 3 working days a week) are also welcomed to apply
