Role: Data & Integration Specialist – Salesforce AI EnablementLocation: BelgiumDuration: 6 MonthsLanguages: EN+FR/NLWork mode: HybridJob DescriptionObjectives of the mission:Ensure data is trusted in the Salesforce ecosystem.Ensure necessary integrations between internal systems and Salesforce.Contribute to the preparation of AI data and their exploitation within the framework of the POC. General tasks and skillsConfigure and maintain data flows between Service Cloud and Data Cloud.Manage the quality, deduplication and structuring of customer data.Participate in the design of AI data models.Collaborate with developers and AI expert on integration pipelines.Document processes and ensure flow traceability.Mission-specific technical expertiseProficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, REST/SOAP APIS, ETL (MuleSoft, Talend, etc.).Knowledge of advanced SQL and manipulation of large volumes of data.Experience in data governance, CRM modeling and security.Knowledge of AI data integration and metadata management.
