You will lead the transition to a modern, event-driven architecture, ensure operational continuity for Finance and other key teams, and deliver curated, high-quality data products for both internal stakeholders and Operator customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with BI & Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams, while leading and mentoring a team of Data Engineers to drive excellence across our data initiatives.Your Day-to-day Work May IncludeDefining and owning the long-term vision and roadmap for Telavox’s Data Platform, including data modeling and governance frameworksLeading the shift from a fragmented data landscape to a modern, event-driven platformEnsuring operational continuity for Finance processes and delivering critical usage, billing, and CDR dataBuilding scalable data streaming APIs for Operator customersCollaborating with stakeholders to provide curated, user-centric Data ProductsMonitoring platform performance, data quality, and adoption metricsLeading, mentoring, and growing the technical capabilities of the Data Platform teamThis role is based at our new vibrant HQ called Gjuteriet, in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.About YouYou are a visionary and hands-on leader who can turn complex data challenges into strategic advantages. You bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, and you thrive on building reliable, high-value data solutions.Key Skills And Experience We’re Looking ForProven leadership experience managing technical teams (Data Engineers/Software Engineers)Deep expertise in modern data architecture, cloud platforms (GCP preferred), streaming technologies (Debezium/PubSub/Kafka), and data transformation tools (dbt/Dataform), and data warehousing technologies (BigQuery)Experience with data governance, quality, and secure platform operationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFamiliarity with Telco data (usage, billing, CDR) is a plusYou are proactive, structured, and ready to turn Telavox’s data into a strategic asset that drives growth and operational excellence.Join us at Telavox 💚Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses.
