They take a technology-agnostic approach to create the best solution for every situation, depending on the project's dynamics.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our teams and business stakeholders to enable data-fueled organizationsHelp automate any existing manual processes.Extract, manipulate and visualize data to find and understand patterns.Work with business partners, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of analytical systems and determine priority of needs.Develop, architect, standardize and support technology platforms using industry leading business intelligence solutionsMonitor large enterprise data warehouse systems and resolve ETL job-related issues within SLADevelop a maintenance and monitoring strategy for continuous improvement of production systemsQualifications We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in quantitative field (mathematics, computer science, engineering or related fields)A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in data management.Hands-on experience in Python/R/Spark and Advanced knowledge of SQL is a mustHigh oral and written communication skillsPassion for solving problems with dataProfessional level written and verbal English language skillsAnalytical mind set / someone that challenges assumptionsHaving experience in ETL tools ( ODI, Datastage, Informatica etc.)Having experience in BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Qlikview, Tableau etc.)Experience in Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Governance, Data Security, Metadata Management, MDM, Data Archival and Data Migration strategies using appropriate tools.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. GCS , AWS or Azure) is a plus.Willingness to learn new toolsBehavioral skills Feedback culture and transparencyPassionate and creative peopleWorks well in a team and takes initiativeNever stop asking the questions “why” and “how”Highly motivated, self-starter and never-ending learning
