We're committed to providing an excellent employee experience through fulfilling projects, empowerment to make a difference, and an environment that inspires innovation.What Makes This Role ExcitingThis role will be instrumental in transforming our data management strategy & practices and maximising the value of our Hubspot CRM implementation to drive business growth.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive data strategy focused on identifying and qualifying potential B2B payroll outsourcing clientsEstablish and maintain data governance protocols to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of prospect and client data within HubSpotCreate processes for ingestion and prioritisation of prospect data that eliminate errors and duplication and match prospect data to our ICPLead the transformation of Hubspot into the organisation's single source of truth for prospective client dataDesign and implement data enrichment processes to enhance prospect profiles with relevant business informationCreate and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs, regularly reporting on data integrity and completenessCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their data needs and ensure HubSpot supports their requirementsDevelop and document standard operating procedures for data entry, maintenance, and cleanupTrain team members on data management best practices and HubSpot protocolsExperience needed for this role:Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Data Science, or related fieldHighly experienced in data management, preferably in a B2B environmentStrong influencing skillsProven experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platformsStrong understanding of data governance principles and best practicesExperience in developing and implementing data strategiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong project management capabilitiesHighly motivated and resilientArticulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present solutions clearly.
