Data & AI ManagerPosition Title: Data & AI Manager (Retail Industry)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Manager to lead our data and artificial intelligence strategy — driving smarter decisions, stronger performance, and enhanced customer experiences across our retail operations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, executing, and evolving our data and AI roadmap, ensuring data-driven transformation and measurable business impact.You will play a critical role in shaping how data and AI power our organization, leading teams, projects, and technologies that connect insight to action.Key Responsibilities:Data & AI StrategyDefine and execute the company’s Data & AI strategy in alignment with business goals.Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in data analytics, forecasting, personalization, and process automation.Data Architecture & EngineeringBuild and maintain robust data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics platforms.Oversee the design and deployment of dashboards and machine learning models that drive strategic decisions.Collaboration & Business AlignmentPartner with cross-functional teams — including sales, supply chain, marketing, and eCommerce — to translate data into actionable insights.Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor a cross-functional Data & AI team of analysts, engineers, and data scientists.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.Performance & OptimizationMonitor performance of AI solutions and analytical models to ensure accuracy and business value.Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and smarter decision-making across business processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.Strong technical expertise in data platforms, MLOps, and cloud technologies (Azure and/or GCP).Solid understanding of retail operations and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, POS, Supply Chain, or eCommerce).Proven ability to lead data-driven transformation and communicate insights to senior leadership.Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving and leadership skills.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to lead the Data & AI strategy for one of the region’s leading retail organizations.You’ll be part of an ambitious digital transformation journey, working with cutting-edge technologies and a dynamic, collaborative team that values innovation and impact.We offer a competitive package, professional growth opportunities, and the chance to shape the future of retail through data and AI.If you’re passionate about harnessing data to drive change — we’d love to hear from you
