Job ResponsibilitiesHandle requests from internal stakeholders via JIRA tickets: investigate issues, provide solutions, and confirm resolution.Monitor global performance using a pre-configured dashboard; send reminders, follow up, and escalate issues as needed.Create and update cost and revenue data based on agents’ requests.Collaborate proactively with managers and team leaders to resolve challenges.Demonstrate creativity and efficiency in completing tasks.Support and back up colleagues when needed.Adhere strictly to assigned tasks to ensure high performance.Qualifications and CompetenciesCollege degree or higher in Logistics or Information Technology.Experience with CW1 system and JIRA is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Background in global freight forwarding is an advantage.Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.Patient, detail-oriented, and responsible; able to work under pressure.Well-organized with strong critical thinking and information retrieval skills.A team player with a proactive and supportive attitude.Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
