Vietnam Silicon is looking for HR Business Partner (HRBP) Executive who will serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources practices with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across designated business units.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent ManagementImplement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition. Support resource planning and implementation activities to ensure project success.Performance & Career DevelopmentProvide guidance on performance evaluations process and goal setting for managers and employees.Facilitate Performance Review to support team leaders and managers in rewarding decisions to attract, engage & retain key talents. Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D to implement training solutions.HR Operations & CompliancePrepare new employee onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.Being the first contact point for employees to address concerns related to the company's policies and practices. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across departments.Collaborate with broader HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment of HR initiatives across the organization. HR AnalyticsAnalyze and interpret HR data to provide insights on basic HR metrics Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.Employee Experience & EngagementDesign and implement employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.Organize and lead team-building activities and internal HR events.Develop and deploy programs to promote the organization as an Employer of Choice.Other tasks assigned by the Company or Line ManagerRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.3-5 years of experience in HRBP/ TA/ Rewards/ Performance Management. Proficient verbal and written English skill.Strong understanding of labor laws and experience in handling employee relations. Strong data analysis and reporting skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office.Proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.Solid customer service mindset and relationship management skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
