The ideal candidate will handle data privacy inquiries and reports with precision while maintaining high confidentiality standards. This role requires constant knowledge updating on legal and compliance developments related to data privacy and a strong ability to manage time, solve problems efficiently, and communicate effectively across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to data privacy requests (deletion, access, portability, etc.) within legal timeframes.Understand and follow data security and privacy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance SLA and deadlines are met.Provide feedback and maintain communication with supervisory and management teams regarding case statuses.Compile reports under leadership direction, maintaining strict confidentiality throughout investigations.Stay informed on current events in the legal and compliance realms as they relate to data privacy, contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.Must-Have Skills:In-depth knowledge of privacy laws (EU, US, and regional) and regulatory frameworks.Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex cases under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical and policy information to diverse audiences.Domain/Industry Experience Required:Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory environment is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with international data privacy regulations.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
