Data Privacy Sr. Specialist

Purpose: Data Privacy Sr. Specialist enacts the data protection related policies approved by the Senior Management and The Committee (the Committee to be agreed). Additionally, the he supports the work of Data Champions of the BUs to meet their data protection obligations, and to assist them to maintain their knowledge of data protection.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate the Committee’s (the Committee to be agreed) meetings and decisions.Provide expert knowledge of, and guidance on, applicable data Privacy laws and regulations (e.g., KSA PDPL) and best practices.Advise on DPIAs.Direct the handling of data subject requests.Marshal resources and lead when carrying out strategic data privacy projects.Own data privacy relevant sections of neoleap’s policies and procedures.Own neoleap’s institutional data protection knowledge ensuring that neoleap is up to date with legislative changes.Manage and coordinate updates to the RoPA.Foster a culture of data privacy through training and awareness initiatives.
