Job Description

Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our operations division as a Data Processing Support Officer. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly organised, dependable, and eager to build hands-on experience in data coordination, reporting, and workflow optimisation within a growing professional environment.You will support our HR and analytics teams in maintaining precise records, streamlining documentation, and improving data-based decision-making processes across multiple internal systems.Core FunctionsEnter, review, and standardise data across internal databases and shared systemsSupport the migration and updating of information within digital tools and reporting dashboardsMonitor data flows, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate corrections with relevant departmentsCompile operational summaries and assist in preparing analysis reports for internal useContribute to improving workflow documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standardsLiaise with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate, secure, and current informationCandidate ProfileExcellent focus and precision when handling structured or repetitive data tasksProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and online administrative systemsStrong written communication and task-tracking disciplineAdaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new digital toolsPrior experience in administrative, operational, or HR-related data handling is valued but not requiredReliable, professional attitude with the ability to work independently under minimal supervisionEmployment DetailsPay Range: AUD $40 – $50 per hour (depending on experience and performance)Work Type: Hybrid part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per weekSupport: Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing operational guidanceCareer Growth: Progression opportunities into analytics, coordination, or process improvement rolesWorkplace: Collaborative, multicultural, and performance-driven teamLocation Based in Sydney CBD, with office access near major business hubs including:International Tower 1, Barangaroo Avenue1 Bligh Street60 Margaret StreetGateway Building, 1 Macquarie Place Hybrid flexibility is available for qualified candidates.Eligibility Applicants must currently reside in Australia with valid working rights.
